RETURNSS/EXCHANGES

If there is a defect or a problem with your order, or if it's just not what you were expecting, please email us within 14 days of the delivery date at info@cheaplife.uk with your order number in the subject line. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries. we are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Please return the item in its original packaging and unworn within the 14 days or the return will not be accepted. Any damage, marks, smells or items that seem to have been worn will lead to the item being sent back to the customer.

No returns on sale items

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer and if refused, Cllub Goods has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
